My Thoughts:
When he package arrived, I was impressed with the look of the food. All of the baked goods had to be refrigerated to prevent spoilage. Each item was individually wrapped. The portions were large and I felt full after eating them. At first, I though that the food was going to taste horrible and bland but it was quite different. The breads, snacks, desserts and snack bars were soft, chewy and delicious. Look at all of the food you get with the standard program. Included was a guide and other useful information to start you in the right direction.
My favorite was the cinnamon buns. I heated them in the microwave and they melted in my mouth. I love pasta and rice and we ate it 2-3 times a week. The Fusilli and Orzo was a great alternative for dinner. I mixed them with some chicken, tomatoes and spices and had a fantastic dinner. I have learned portion control while on the program. I have lost 5 lbs since starting the program after Christmas and overall I feel better. I continue to exercise 3x week and I drink a large amount of water.

My kids tried the pizza crust in the white and multi-grain variety when I was at work. They liked the taste of the multi-grain one better. They even took a picture of the pizza before they ate it. I would have not added the pepperoni but they are growing kids and do not have a weight problem. I encourage them to eat healthy whenever possible. It happened to be turkey pepperoni so it was not as bad.
Overall I was impressed with the program, and I recommend that you give it a try. The site has a large recipe collection and educational material to get you started and on track. Every Zone customer is assigned a coach to help you succeed.

My Thoughts:
I am not a football fan and I did not even know who the author was until I had the opportunity to read the book. The book is full of inspiration, hope and encouragement to be a better person. Each day begins with a passage of scripture followed by a devotion that includes a story taken from the authors family life or athletic career. I have read many devotionals and have found many of them boring or they do not relate to my life but this book is quite different. Even though I do not follow sports or football, the stories about the sport were very easy to understand and the author was able to relate it to everyday life. The book was easy to read and understand. At the end of each page is a "Uncommon Key" to think about during the day. One of my favorite is on May 22nd and speaks about family. "Spend time with your family and loved ones- for no reason at all but to be there. You will witness miracles you might otherwise miss forever." Boy is that so true. There are times that work always interferes with our family and I have missed so many important events that occurred. So if you need a little motivation to keep your resolutions or just to make your life better this is the book for you. You will not be disappointed.

My Thoughts-
I have tried many fad diets that did not work but Dustin's book was very different. I have learned that losing weight and keeping fit involves a lifestyle change and Dustin's book can help you do that. The transformation stories of real women were an inspiration to me. If they can do it so can I. The book is written in a way that is easy to understand and provides all of the tools needed to reach your goals. He provides advice on exercise, dietary guidelines and tips to maintain good health. The chapter called "Food as Fuel" was fantastic and listed sixteen rules to live by. Each rule was thoroughly explained and he provided guidelines on what foods were taboo. I have always been a fan of Egg salad and Dustin included a recipe that was fantastic even my kids liked it. I recommend the book not only to moms but to everyone who wants to get in shape and change their lives.

Having started at the peak of the Bush years, our early t-shirt designs
reflected the mood of the country -- politically charged and kind of
crazy. Before long, though, we found politics to be a bit polarizing. So
we set about making intelligently funny tees that everyone could enjoy
-- be they a pussyfooting Hollywood liberal or a gun-crazed redneck from
Waco.
Our Vintageblend™ tees are hand-sewn right here in San Francisco, CA,
using a super-soft, poly/cotton blend. As you might expect from a bunch
of West Coast tree huggers, we use only Eco-friendly inks and materials
right down to the compostible bags we ship them in.
My Thoughts-
Navigating the site was very easy and it took me a while to pick out a slogan. The t-shirt material was soft and even after a couple of washes(cold water) the shirt maintained its shape, color and the slogan did not start to peel off like some other brands do.The stitching of the tee was even and I did not notice any imperfections. Ordering was easy and shipping was fast. So if you do not know what to get for your family friends or your boss, head on over to the Headline site and find the perfect slogan.
