Need to save some money while shopping. Check out these great Coupon Tips:

1. Hold on to manufacturer’s coupons until a store puts the merchandise to offer Buy-One-Get-One-Free offer. Buy-One-Get-One-Free, you technically only use one coupon because the store has the sale for Buy-One-Get-One-Free, so you get one free buy purchasing one product, but since you’re using a manufacturers coupon for the item being purchased, you get both free.
2. Don’t throw away expired coupons because many stores will accept them within a certain time frame of the expiration date. For expired coupons check with your local store’s coupon policy because some store’s allow you to use expired coupons within 30 days of the expiration date.
3. Don’t worry if your store is out of stock of a sale item, ask for a raincheck so that you can get the product at the sale price at a later time. You can still use coupons on products that you get with a raincheck!
4.  Stockpile: Everything goes on sale every 6 months and that’s when you buy it at rock bottom pricing so you don’t have to buy it again for half a year. Plan your meals and what you use in your house around what you have in your stock piles.
5. 10 for $10.00: Don’t be tricked by the numbers game. Just because it says 10 for $10 doesn’t mean you have to buy all 10 to get the discount. Just check the fine print. Grocers know you’ll fall for the marketing in the sale and buy all 10.
