My Thoughts:

The book is full of great recipes that your whole family will enjoy. I am a great fan of the crockpot and use it quite often. My family loves chicken so I decided to try the Succulent Teriyaki Chicken. The recipes are easy to follow and includes all of the nutritional information for the dish. All of the ingredients I had in in cupboard and it was so easy to make. Everything was combined in one bowl and cleanup was a snap. I served it with brown rice and a salad and my kids loved it. There are so many great recipes that even the fussiest eater will enjoy. You can even make some of the recipes ahead of time and can be frozen for later use. In the back of the book, there is a section that includes helpful measurements, equivalents and weights to aid you when purchasing the ingredients for the recipes. Life is sooo busy but having a meal with your family is very important and gives you a chance to spend quality time with your family. So pick up a copy of the book and try an new recipe.
