REVIEW OF HOMEWORK HELPERS: CHEMISTRY BY G. CURRAN

Homework Helpers: ChemistryNow that finals are right around the corner and some of you are getting stressed out then I have just the book for you. Homework Helpers: Chemistry is a user-friendly review book that help you tackle the most difficult topic. Concepts are explained in clear, easy-to-understand language, and problems are worked out with step-by-step methods that are easy to follow. Each lesson comes with numerous review questions and answer keynotes that explain each correct answer and why it's correct.

The book covers all of the topics in a typical one-year Chemistry curriculum, including:
  1.  A systematic approach to problem solving, conversions, and the use of units.
  2. Naming compounds, writing formulas, and balancing chemical equations.
  3. Gas laws, chemical kinetics, acids and bases, electrochemistry, and more.
My Thoughts-

This book is amazing and has really helped me in my Chemistry class. Each section was concise and easy to read. I felt that I had a tutor sitting next to me explaining everything to me.  The book is better than my textbook because my textbook was hard to follow at times. My brother is utilizing the book while studying for the AP exam and he said that the examples and quizzes helped him understand some topics that he was unsure of. I highly recommend this book and it costs much less than a textbook and it explains so much more.

Disclaimer: I received a free copy of the book for my honest review and I was not compensated for my review.
