My thoughts-

My family suffers from seasonal allergies and springtime is the worst for them. They have been prescribed numerous medications that help for a short time. The Allergy Relief Source book was easy to read and did not use a lot of medical jargon that was confusing. Many people think that medication is the only way to control allergies but there is much more that you can do. The book explains the many different ways that allergies can be controlled and prevented. Some people have to go to an allergist to find out the source of their allergies. The book is written in a Question and answer format that makes it easy to find the information about a topic that you are interested in. There is a wealth of information contained in the book that is very useful and informative.  I just want to mention that if you have any medical conditions or  have questions please consult with your medical practitioner before trying any new medications or treatments. The book is only available in digital format.

  1. If you're worried about allergies should you go to an ent doctor? I'm worried that my son might have allergies and I wanted to know what type of doctor I should take him to.
