My Thoughts-

In reading Cinch!, I have learned more about food and how they interact together. I have tried many diets in my life and I have lost a considerable amount of weight but I was not able to maintain it. The 5 day "fast Forward" looks like it is easy to follow. There are shopping lists and recipes supplied in the book that makes the program a cinch to follow. On other diets, I have always felt hungry and the author says that you will feel full all day long. I am definitely going to try this after Christmas. The book was easy to read and the information provided is very accurate. There is an excellent chapter on emotional eating. The author helps us understand why we eat emotionally and provides exercises to help us overcome it.

Cinch! will be in stores on December 28th. But you can pre-order it at Amazon.comBarnes&NobleBorders or IndieBound.  So go out and get yourself a copy! You will be glad you did!
