Thanks to the folks at Kraft, I was given the opportunity to try The new Crystal Light On the Go Pure Fitness drink in Grape, lemon-lime and strawberry kiwi.

Pure fitness contains no artificial colors, flavors or preservatives. It is enhanced with electrolytes to help keep your body hydrated and is 15 calories an eight ounce serving. I have tried all three flavors but my favorite is Lemon-lime. The grape is a little tart and I do not dislike the strawberry-kiwi but I am not a fan of the kiwi fruit. The sweetness is just right and I even tried to dilute it a little more water and the taste was still good. I am happy that someone came out with a more natural product and left out the artificial sweetners. The drink contains a sweetner from the Stevia plant. You can purchase the item at Amazon.com
, and in your local supermarket. So give the product a try. You may like it.
